The staff were proactive and friendly from the moment we checked in to every interaction we had with them. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The pool was the perfect temp and depth. The room we were in was a lot more spacious than I had expected and it was very quiet despite being across from the elevator. Easy access to the shopping centre as the tram stops right outside the hotel or a short 10 mins walk. Kids were rewarded with a nice gelato in the lobby after a walk back from the shopping malls. Breakfast had a good selection and while busy in the morning we didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins.

Loved the location and the feel of the hotel. It was clean and close to everything that we needed. The pack that we booked was great for the price since it included parking, late checkout, and breakfast . Staff were lovely, and having a cafe open until 10 pm was great since we had an early dinner, and I was able to order coffee and cake when I got peckish 😍😍😍

Everything is so stylish and sleek. Everything was perfect, including bed linen, towels and robes. We loved breakfast, the free gelato we received also! My 4yo loved the bathroom so much apparently that it’s going to be our design in our house one day haha!

Breakfast being all included was amazing. The free drink on arrival was also so good! The staff were absolutely amazing, they helped us out when one of our friends fainted and it was clear they were very well trained. They continuously checked in on us and we felt very cared for and safe! This was helpful as we weee a group of four mates traveling from country SA. The amenities and facilities provided were absolutely magnificent including the razors, dental kits etc. We absolutely adored our stay and have all said we will only stay here from now on

Great location especially when in town to see a musical. Excellent bathroom and comfortable room. Big TV. Didn't use it but the pool area looked very nice as seen from our room. Restaurant in the hotel, Dollys, is highly recommended.

The layout of the room was welcoming and practical, with nice decorative touches and heaps of storage for clothes. The bathroom was excellent, with the best shower/bath combination I've seen in a long time. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Lots of tech available, including the ability to stream from a device to the TV. The location was sensational - there's nothing better in Melbourne's CBD than having a tram stop immediately outside the front door!

Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. We felt very welcomed and they gave some extra little things for my husband’s birthday, which was lovely. The pool and outdoor area was great and it was nice swimming at night with the city view. Room was clean and comfortable and we had in house breakfast which was delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent night stay at the new Le Meridien Hotel. We found the staff friendly, very accommodating and enjoyed our room upgrade to a room inclusive of city views. We mentioned it was one guests bday on the booking notes and the birthday girl enjoyed her little gift waiting for her in the room. The room itself was well designed and clean. Fitness center was very well equipped and pool zone would be lots of fun in summer. The hotel breakfast the next morning also well appointed and staff a plenty to clear plates, cups, mugs etc.
